Hi girls. I really want to book my ba . Ive had my consultation and all was well. But i really want to lose a stone and get back to my ideal weight. (Over indulging at christmas) but im so impatient i really want to book my boobs like now ! So my question is… has anyone lost weight after having surgery and has it effected your boobs ? Many thanks !

Hi Hun! I’ve lost two stone in the last year and still have more to lose but couldn’t live with my boobs any longer! I had mine done about 3 weeks ago now. My Dr (non MYA) said it’s not ideal to lose weight after but that’s if you lose a substantial amount of weight! A stone/two stone won’t have much effect depending on how flat you are to start. I started with nothing at all so if I lose fat it most likely won’t affect my boobs much, if anything they’ll look bigger ???? It was a risk I was willing to take as I only want to lose a stone/maybe a stone and a half, and very gradually. I think you’ll be fine!

I’m a bigger girl then most who have had a ba! But not much fat on my boobs! Would this affect them badly if I loose weight when I’ve had them done? Xx

Thanks annie. I think im more worried about them dropping and sagging from weight loss than anything. Ive been for 2 consultations one at mya at 9st and one at non mya at 10stone and both said the same feedback so thats a bonus i suppose. ! Xx

I have lost about a stone and i personally think mine look a lot worse now, i have been to the breast clinic as i was worried i had a rupture, turns out it’s really bad rippling and folds in the implants, loosing weight has made it look worse, so now i’m on here considering reaug and uplift will see what surgeon thinks is best.

Loosing weight will have a big effect on your boobs! I asked my surgeon Mr Marcellino and he said it can cause sagging and rippling so you should have your BA done when you have reached your weight goal all of the surgeons and PCs will tell you that x
