BA UNDER 375 or 400 cc

Hi ladies, due my op in January, I have been looking at 375 or 400 cc but cannot make up my mind at all. I want to look natural and not too big but at the same time I don’t want to wish I’d gone bigger! I’m 5 foot 7 and size 10 – 12, currently very flat 34B with no upper breast tissue at all. Any advice, before and afters of similar situations would be appreciated 🙂

Hi Gemma. I would go for the 400cc, there is only a 25cc difference between the two and thats like about a teaspoon really. Are you getting under the muscle or over?

I’m 5ft 2 and about 9 stone.. I had 400CC HP unders.. I was a 34B (the surgeon said this I never actually got measured).. I’m now measuring at 34E in most places.. I’ll try and upload a picture.. This was at 6 weeks.. they have settled so much more now and are looking really natural xx

I’m planning on going under as I have so little and the surgeon said this would look most natural.

Hi Gemma, I was in the exact same predicament! I’m 5ft 6 and size 12 and my breast have deflated due to my pregnancies so I’m going for 400cc over the muscle. I debated going for 375 but honestly the difference between them is so small you may aswel just go for the 400.. have you tried the sizing in the bra yet at your consultation? Xx

I was feeling the same way.. I was worried I was going to end up being too big. I chose 385 unders and I am 4 months po and still feel like they are too small. I really wish I would have explored bigger sizes.. I think I could have gone up to 500 and been happy. I also dont love the feeling of under my muscle. Everytime I do anything to engage my muscle it feels very strange and it bothers me. I rushed into the surgery because I wanted it so badly and finally had money for it. Now Im regretting not giving it more thought. Best wishes to you!

Hi ladies, yes I have tried the sizes, I felt 375 or 400 looked the best but it’s hard to picture them realistically when your so flat normally. I think I will likely go for the 400 🙂 thank you so much for all your replies ladies. Sorry to hear your not too happy with yours Cara, is it painful or more a strange feeling? I’m planning to go under but have heard varied information on the recovery process.

Its not painful at all, just a strange feeling. I dont even know if I could have had overs either.

It’s more of a tight feeling rather than pain… you know when you get sunburnt and the skin is really tight?… a little like that feeling… move around as much as you can – nothing heavy but little gentle walks helps… The muscles sort of tense if you sit still and makes it feel tighter… I personally had the same recovery time as those that had overs.. xx

Hey chick,
I’m 5″7, size 10ish (67kg) and was a small 34aa before my BA. I could only go as big as 330cc unders but I’m a solid D cup now, maybe even more. This is approx 5 months and my right is still sitting high but it’s coming down with massage. I certainly recommend going as big as your doctor recommends. I pushed for a 360cc after seeing everyone getting much bigger implants but my surgeon tried them and said they just didnt fit well. And I love them now. I also have slightly tubular breasts but had to go unders due to lack of tissue.

Anyways, go for the bigger and you’ll love them! No second guesses!

Hi! I have very similar stats – I was 34a I’m 5 foot 4 size 10-12 – I went for 375 HP overs and I feel they look really natural already and I’m only 2 weeks post op! I can massage you a photo if you want. Good luck x
