Hi ladies, thought I’d share a bit more of my boob journey with you! I am now back at work full time with my girls! Farming is probably the worst job you could go back to after having unders as there is nothing about my job that isn’t massively physical and I can feel every tiny movement in my chest…! Everything I do feels so weird but I guess it’s going to take some getting used to and to strengthen up my muscles again. I have attached a picture of my progress that I took today, so far so good at 2WPO. I have come down with tonsillitis today just as my 2 year old has got a viral infection so I think it’s going to be a rough old week! xxx

Hi jen. Im similar to you, although 3 weeks p/o
    I have 13 horses, 3 dogs & a pig (along with 2 kids, 5 yrs & 18 momths) not easy! Haha.
Ive just not been leading the horses as worried about them yanking me about.. doing all the other stuff though. Did you have unders or overs? I had unders and its so much worse than overs 🙁

Oh yeah being yanked at the end of a leadrope doesn’t feel good on a good day let alone now! I’m trying to be very careful because I don’t want to set myself back, but I think not doing anything is worse when you’re used to being so busy do you find that!? When I’m doing gates I’m frigtened one of them is going to knock it into me or something, and scared at milking time that I’m going to get kicked haha! I just didn’t expect it to be such a difficult recovery with unders so it’s knocked me for six a bit. Make sure you take care of yourself xxx

I was the same- back to work as a nurse 16 dpo after unders. I defo underestimated recovery times and moving and handling was difficult. I could litrally feel every movement. Im 5wpo now and starting to feel more like myself.
