    Hi!

So I am doing some bra research.. so far I am loving the macom bra and the fact there is a mya discount code makes it more interesting. Loving the MYA bras they are pretty but I really want a front doing up one! What are people’s thoughts?

Asda do a pack of 2 surgery bras for £15 and they’re sooo comfy! Front fastening too. I’ve only heard good things about them and they’ve been my go-to after my BA 8 days ago. I also have an M&S post op bra which is pretty good but very tight. My surgeon said it was perfect though! I’d definitely shop around before spending a lot of money on the Macom ones xx

I am 2 days PO and wearing the marena recovery bra provided by my hospital. I find it so so uncomfortable. I appreciate it needs to be tight but Jesus it hurts so much around the band at the bottom and I’m worried about the amount of pressure it’s putting on the incisions ???? can’t help but think they didn’t give me the right size ????

I wore the M&S post surgery sports bra for the first 3 weeks. Nice and tight, very supportive and easy to get on and off. Problem was I changed size in that time because of the swelling, so had to buy one a cup size smaller. At week 3 when my boobs had strated to drop into place it then began rubbing on my scars, so switched to a Macom signature bra. I’m a 32 and I’ve gone for the XS so that it feels supportive. Feels much less compressed than the M&S ones, but more comfortable on my scars now I’m at 4 weeks po.
