From nearly every girl I’ve seen on here macom are a god send and I’m sure there cheaper than the mya bras xx

I don’t rate the macom, I was a 32C/D before and had 275cc overs. I got a medium and even when I had swelling it wasn’t that supportive. My nurse agreed! I think the YIANNA and the M&S are much better. I got a medium and a 34E in those. Can’t comment on the MYA ones! Just didn’t like the Macom and wish I’d got 2 M&S instead x

I loved the Mya ones. They have padding on the incision area so were much more gentle than the other bras I have. I’m 5wpo and they’re still my go-to fave xxx

I would definitely recommend the M&S bra, really feels supportive and comfortable, I bought a few all different sizes as I didn’t know size I would end up xx

I’d recommend something comfy for the first day, I can’t suggest anything but comfort deffo needs to be what’s best.. then second day onwards your gonna need support in the day and comfy ones at night!!
I had Macom throughout and after day 1 I cried wearing it, I felt like I was getting jammed into a bra way to small even tho it wasn’t. I then switched to the Asda ones people recommend, now these where fine when i was sitting down but when I was walking about I realised I needed support – I put the macom back on and it kept me out of pain. So I wear the macom when I know I’m gonna be on my feet and then the m&s sports ones when I’m just knocking about. Night time I wear m&s ones but the comfort post surgical ones not sports.
Also something I didn’t know! You need it to have adjustable straps so you can take some weight off your body xxx

I would defo recommend the Mya bra’s, I brought a Macom, M&S and the Mya ones and didn’t wear the other 2. I have lived in my Mya ones there are so comfortable and they are shaped more like a bra so easier to wear under clothing.
