@Laura if you want a good investment I’d go for Kelo Cote Silicone Scar gel. It’s absoluteky amazing. I’ve been using it day and night since being 6 weeks post op and it’s really smoothed and flattened my scars already. I’m currently 14wks post op. It’s quite pricey but definitely worth it and you only need a small amount. I’m still on my first tube now. If you use the below referral link you’ll get 30% off too 🙂 xx

@ashleigh my doctor prescribed scarnox the day he was removing my stitches and asked me to keep using my antibiotic ointment 2 days after removing my stitches then starting the scar gel journey, twice a day for 2-3 months. I removed my stitches 15 dpo used the antibiotic ointment for an extra 2 days so my scar gel started 17dpo

I’m 6 was pos op and my appointment as been cancelled because of the virus so I’m wondering what cream to use for my incisions and what massage techniques to use … been using bio oil but I know that some of the silicone based creams are very good but there’s so many… so confused
    Thanks
