Best scar gels or sheets ? What to use. .

I’m 7WPO on Friday so at the stage of contemplating scar healing products…Anybody any suggestions ?
There are that many on the market and different price ranges I’m not sure which to choose ?! Do I go for sheets or topical treatment. Thanks x

You can use bio oil and massage the scars

silicone gel is a good one!

ive been researching and found Kelo-cote Advanced Scar gel gets really good reviews, its pricey but personally i think worth paying more for good results! xxx

I’m going to also try a scar serum from Science Of Skin, which is also quite pricey but I’ve got their Stretch Mark Defence and it’s fab so highly rate their products.
