Best size implants to go for with a small bust

Hi girls just researching into boob jobs etc and want to make sure I have enough info as possible, I’m a 32B at the moment but would love to go a DD/E but still look natural and not ridiculously big, has anyone gone from my natural size to a DD/E? Thanks x

Hey girls there’s not really much you can do till you have seen a surgeon and they tell you wot u can and can’t have under the muscle or over or uplift so it’s very impossible to guess its mind field out hear xx
