Best surgeon to go with??

Hey girls I’m going to book my consultation with mya for next week! What’s the best surgeon to go with? I’ve heard a lot of good reviews about dr traynor? Reviews please?!

@donna I’m glad you said he’s confident as I don’t want someone whose asking as much questions as me haha! I think I’ll ask to try different sizes though when I see my pc I doubt I’ll be meeting him until surgery day as I’m in Wales xx what are you having done Hun?

@ibird Yeah I think he’s quite popular, apparently he’s completely different on surgery day & is very friendly lol. My surgery is booked for 25th August :), currently i wear a 32B, I’m going for 375 (L) & 400 (R) HP Partials, ideally I’d like to be a 32E.

Also even tho you’re in wales he will definitely want to meet you beforehand as he will need to decide what implants will fit etc before ordering them xx

I think they’re all boob gods lol! I had mr traynor and would definitely recommend him. I’m 2wpo and love my boobs so far. He’s blunt got a dry sense of humour and knows exactly what will suit your frame. He will not go beyond that and give you silly looking stuck on boobs xxx

@Donna I don’t even know how to choose cc’s as I keep hearing they look so different on each individual which is to be expected so I was going to go in and just see what I like on the day or is that reckless? Nope my very first consultation is on this coming Friday and ah okay, well I wouldn’t mind going to London for the op if I had to.. as I’d have to travel for all of them as there isn’t a hospital they operate in Cardiff.

@ibird I’d been recommend mr traynor from a couple of friends so I knew u wanted him straight away. You could meet with them all and then decide who you want to go with.
I’m 5ft 7. I was wearing a 32 c/d cup but traynor measured me more b/c. I’m hoping to be at least an F and wearing a 34 f atm xxx

@ibird yeah I get you, that’s what I said to my surgeon lol, I’d like to look a DD but I don’t mind measuring an E lol. I just want the look :). Def meet a few surgeons if you can, you have to be confident in who you pick at the end of the day. Xx

@Helen you let her pick your implants without trying them??! Damn girl that’s some trust right there haha,
I’m too much of a perfectionist to do that like I have to try things I know I like and even don’t like just so I know I’m sure aha. So happy you aren’t loving your results! I hope my pc is good, thanks for the info! X

Yeah he did and he’s a boob god! I had 300cc unders and have gone from a 34a to a DD. I have looked at your stats and we are pretty much exactly the same in terms of height and what not! C

@ibird I went into my consolation wanting unders so I did try two implants one was absolutely massive, if I had unders I would have had to have something that big to fill my empty boobs she advised, they were so heavy I really didn’t want to walk around with that weight and as I am 8/10 they didn’t fit my body. Ms Lutz explained that if I had a lift I would have to have small implants and I tried on a small implant which felt like nothing. When I stopped talking about what I wanted and I actually listen to her I felt really happy. I asked her then just give me boobs that look like they belong to my body she said she would take two into surgery and fit what was right for my body. I was measured this week three different places Boux Avenue 34F, Victoria Secrets 34DDD and M&S 36DD I am embarrassed to say I never understood all the sister sizes and how you can measure up differently but the really nice lady in M&S explained it all to me. My friends say i look like I have my boobs, Ms Lutz has given me bigger boobs that everyone thinks suit me perfectly. Some people say she is blunt, some people say she is rude, she isn’t English she is German so her manner is different she has a great sense of humour you just have to listen to her is all I can say to anyone. All the surgeons do amazing work go with someone that makes you feel like Ms Lutz made me feel is the best advice!!!
Which clinic are you going to?

@phoebe see I definitely want to go to a 34dd! How long ago did you have your op? Yeah our stats are pretty similar so that’s reassuring! X

@helen well you definitely sound confident in her! And I like how she made you feel, I too want to leave that consultation room having 100% faith in my chosen surgeon as you know I’m choosing someone to cut me open and paying them to do so! Ha. Only thing bad I’ve heard about ms lutz which did put me off is apparently when people have looked at her work they’ve seen a consistency of droopiness and apparently she advises her patients to wear grandma bras after surgery? Have you experienced this with her or no? Cardiff clinic 🙂

Hey Ishmarie. They are getting bigger as they drop and fluff too. I only wanted a full c/d haa. But I do love them. I’m nearly 7 weeks X

@phoebe I don’t know if I’d want them any bigger than a dd, although I wouldn’t mind them measuring at 34E aslong as they look a DD if you get me? Haha got more than you bargained for 😉 glad you’re loving your results! X

Haaa that’s what I thought, but they really suit my frame. To be honest, you shouldn’t really go on bra size as it’s all about what suits your body XX

@phoebe yeah I’m just going in there with an idea of what I want but who knows I could try on implants that will achieve that goal and be like “nope too big” or “nope too small” so I’ll have to really wait and see till all my consultations are out the way ! Xx

Ok granny bras, what is everyone impression of what a granny bra is?
After your surgery Mya or any of the other bras that are recommended for you to have to wear for 6 Wks. Then your advised or some are advised not to wear wires for a while.
I love nice underwear pretty, sexy gorgeous underwear, now I have bigger boobs I am going to need more support no support our boobs will end up going south!!
Ms Lutz I believe is referring to wearing sensible underwear and that’s why she says “granny bra” I had a conversation with her about how many girls turn up at there 3 month check in the wrong kind of bras for having implants no support at all or push up style bra’s. We have paid all this money and Ms Lutz has done the work of course she wants them to be looked after, I want to look after mine!!!!! Support is important but so is having pretty and sexy after having no boobs and now we all have them we want great underwear. Having bigger boobs and keeping them looking great is about finding the right underwear. Small boobs never had to worry about anything like that the only thing I worried about was finding the right padded bra……. I have been shopping for my “granny” bras in Victoria Secrets. There are loads of gorgeous and pretty, gorgeous and sexy bras out there that have descent support. Yes I am 48 yes I am a granny but my underwear is gorgeous I can wear a plunge bra now 🙂 I never thought I would ever be able to do that.
As for droopy or saggy boobs I love me boobs I have added you as a friend so you can have a look at mine. I did not want fake stuck on boobs I wanted them to look as natural as possible, I want people to think wow she has great boobs not she has fakes hahaha. I have few more pictures yet to add, I am 36 DD M&S 34F boux Avenue and 34DDD but I have boobs now I don’t care what size the measurement is I don’t tell anyone my size apart from on here not something I run round telling people 😉

No I know afterwards you have to wear post op bras for 6weeks which isn’t flattering but it’s all to help development of the boobs but the two girls that I read on here were saying that they were told to wear bras that had no support or whatever by her so maybe they misunderstood what she meant. Hahah I totally get you, who cares about their exact measurement as long as they’re in great shape and size that’s all that matters! Thanks I’ll take a peak now! Xxx

Hi, it’s such a big thing deciding surgeons sizes etc! I was so stressed on the run up to my op, mixed emotions.. I ended up having Dr lutz she was brillant she’s straight to the point she will no give you something that will not look right. There wasn’t that much on here about her but I googled her and read up so much about her, she’s been on the tv and all sorts. I’m 7wks post op I can now ditch the mya post op bras and I’ve been bra shopping! I was adviced not to wear underwire bras and stay away from push up bras for the min which is totally understandable due to your boobs still have a lot of changing to do. Your boobs can change up to a year no joke I’ve seen some of the girls photos on here and some of the girls I’ve met at the clinic have said the same thing so for my first year I’m definitely going to be watching what bras I do wear, I’m dying to wear the most amazing underwear but it’s like everyone says if you go by the book and look after them in the first year they will definitely last a life time. I had 325ccs I’m measuring a 34DD I was a A cup before! My nurse and pc have both told me that they will look just as amazing when I’m rocking up to 40 if I look after lol. Victoria secrets is a great place to go get sized for the first time I had a girl who had implants and she really new what she was talking about I bought 3 bras in there and they are the most comfortable bras I’ve ever worn! Everyone can bang on about how good there surgeon is but it’s all down to u! Best thing to do is read up on Google about the surgeons and maybe meet a few but my pc was brillant I told her what I wanted and she matched me with the prefect surgeon. I wouldn’t go on what you measure 3 of my friends measure E cups and I wouldn’t say any of them look over a C at all xx

Looking into her aswell omg haha! Ooh you’re a 34dd?! That’s what I want, but like @janemarie said I want to LOOK a DD, I dont Care if that means I measure bigger. I don’t want to measure a DD and look like a C, id be devastated! Xx
