Bloating and pain?!?

Hiya girls, in 3dpo today and I’m in so much pain!! My left boob is fine (as far as fine goes 3dpo) but my right is in agony, I can’t even move my arm a inch! I cannot stand up either without being hunched over in pain! Is this normal? I knew that it would hurt but not this much! Also my bloating is unreal, I look 6 months pregnant and my stomach is solid! Xxx

The bloating will pass Hun, I think I was nearly 2 weeks po though, I tried a couple of things but didn’t work just patients is key also I found that right boob hurt more maybe the right handed thing?? If you are that is, a few more days and you’ll notice a different all should ease! Happy healing chick x

2 Senna tablets every night at bedtime got rid of my bloating by the next day . The pain in normal , I was in agony and quite good with pain gave birth with no pain relief lol , boobs were worse by far ! Def recommend senna tablets and keep up with meds for pain , good luck xx

Arnica tabs and buscopan worked for me x
