Boob advice please!

Im a full size 10, 34B/C with a padded bra. I have rather broad shoulders and want to ‘even’ myself out. I have a small waist and big bum so always thought having small tits made me feel very odd looking. I was smaller, size 8 32B and hope to get to this size again. But I know il lose my boobies. Has anyone had these body concerns before? Also, do I go under or over?? I’d like them big, but natural looking. Here are what mine look like at the moment 🙁
