Hi girls. I found out today that my surgeons dates are 8th and 22nd of March, which are great as I was hoping for the beginning of March which would make the 8th perfect.
BUT now that I’m about to book, I’m suddenly sooo panicked? Keep thinking should I really do this etc … I’ve wanted it for years, have all my money saved, will be able to arrange time off work however I’m just SO scared something will go wrong :(? Has anyone else felt like this when they’ve booked? Not sure if I’m just feeling overwhelmed that it’s all becoming real! X

It’s normal to be scared and anxious Hun but just think of all the positives, as you said you’ve wanted it for so long 🙂 I was so excited for mine and only really got nervous on the drive there lol. You’ll be fine hun honestly and as soon as it’s booked you can count down the days to your new boobies 🙂 x

Hi Lisa, that’s very normal! Once I booked my op I kept on thinking whether I actually need this and whether my boobs were as small as I perceived them although I’ve been thinking about ba for years! Then I said to myself that I only live once and I want to know what it feels like to have boobs haha! I’m 3 days post op and am already super happy I’ve done it!! Good luck with your op!! 🙂 xx

Thank you Kelly! That’s a good way to think of it, I’ll need to just start the countdown and think positively!
I’m not with mya Emily as they don’t have a clinic where I stay! Don’t think I’m allowed to discuss other company’s on here Xx
Congrats Zoe!! 22nd of March? It’s so exciting but I’m so so nervous too. I ordered 2 post-op bras to try and get myself excited! X

Hi Hun! I booked mine Tuesday evening at my 1st surgeon consultation and even when in there I was feeling EXACTLY the same. But then I have to keep thinking back to how I felt this time last year, I wanted and saved some then backed out and now wish I had just done it then :(! Nerves are totally normal but there’s sooo many of us on the same journey and the support / advice I’ve got from other girls over the last couple weeks is so reassuring and helpful!! Go for it! X

Hi. I’m booked in for 8th march (not with mya either). The dates the surgeon was available sounds like the same dates as my surgeon was available so wonder if you are in the same clinic as me.
Good luck with your surgery Hun ???? Xx

Hi Lisa. I felt exactly the same when it came to booking the op. In fact I put it off for 4 months. In those months the whole boob thing didn’t go away and it was something I really wanted but was terrified. Regret the things you haven’t done rather than what you have done.
I’ve booked my op – and I feel now I’ve made a decision I feel calm and excited!

Aww thanks so much for all the advice girls I feel much better knowing everyone’s felt the same! So happy I found this forum lol it’s been my bible recently.

    @kellymarie123
Ahh no way? Are you having your op in Glasgow? If so then it sounds like we could be the same! X

Ah. Unfortunately im not in Glasgow Hun. I’m having mine done in Doncaster.
I initially booked my op when I had my first consultation but didn’t pay my deposit to secure the date straight away. I waited 2 weeks to pay the deposit so that I could have a long think to make sure it is what I wanted.
Now that I have booked the op and made plans for childcare for the day I am much more relaxed and super excited for the day to come (although the nerves may kick in a little closer to the date). Xx

@kellymarie123 ahh! It’s still good we’ll be having ours on the same day though and keep each other posted on this! Boob buddies lol! I was so excited until it all became real today as stupid as that sounds! Hoping the excitement kicks back in soon x

I felt exactly the same, I think it’s torally normal for such a big decision and having to go through a bit of a tough and challenging time to get to the end result. I feel exactly as Diana said, I only live once and want to know what it feels like to have a bit of boob and fed up of not feeling very womanly in my body 🙂 I think after it’s done it doesn’t seem such a big deal anymore and people actually forget they’ve had it done, from the girls I’ve spoke to anyway! I just can’t wait to see my end result and go shopping for bras for the first time ever and buy nice dresses and I know that will be worth the challenge and pain ahead 🙂 xx

@hamos94 Yeah totally, I think I only realised how much of a big decision it is today! 100% will be worth it, I think any time I start worrying about it I’m just gonna remember how I feel when I go bikini/bra shopping and know that I’ll never have to feel like that again lol!! X
