Bottoming out?!

Hey girls
I’m 12 days po and worried I’m bottoming out? I can feel a ridge under my boob which you can see in the photos. Am I just swollen and the implant is settling into a new breast crease? Starting to worry. Has anyone else had this? Xx

Not the big crease, it’s the smaller one next to my dressings… the big crease was from previous dressing and is gone now btw
