I wear my sports bra every night to bed, I’m currently 3MPO, and I plan to keep wearing it to bed every night. Depending on what size implants you had, they normally recommend to do this with “larger” implants. I had 450/500cc xx

I was told st my six week check last week to still wear my sports bra at night up to six months, he did say if there’s times I go without it now though not to worry. My friend didn’t even have a bra straight after surgery, she just had a band, she didn’t have surgery in England though, It’s funny how different surgeons have different methods x

I had mine done in Sweden and the advice given is very different to England for example:
    1. No bandage or breast band
    2. You can shower the day after op then dry the surgical tape on the incisions with a hair dryer
    3. You can sleep laying down from the beginning. Just use a few pillows If you can’t get up right using your stomach muscles
    4. Sports bra day around the clock for 3 weeks and then sports bra during the day for the next 3 weeks. I guess gravity is not an issue if you are Laying down.

I think I will make a post with all the advice given as it’s quiet different.

I had my surgery in Egypt and i was told i must wear a surgical bra for 6 weeks and a breast band above the surgical bra for the first 10-14 days, no shower before 10 days, no boob massage whatsoever, started my scar gel 2 days after stitches removal not after 6 weeks like many girls here, no wired bra for the first 6 months, i was allowed to sleep on my back or side from day 1 if i wanted to but i couldnt, i slept sitting up for the first 2 weeks and then on my back week 3&4 and after that i started sleeping on my side, i am now almost 6 weeks post op. I was advised to keep a bra on for at least 12 hours a day forever to prevent sagging although i had a small implant 275cc. It is really different from one surgeon to another. But naturally the skin stretches even with lemon boobs so imagine an extra weight added to that (implant) it will sag quicker regardless how big the implant is. I don’t want to ruin my surgery because i cant afford another, I’ve been strictly following my surgeon’s instructions to get the best result I could possibly get, these are my new assets haha
