Hiya girls. I’ve read quite a lot of posts talking about wearing a bra to bed basically always, even weeks and weeks after your surgery??? I’ve not long gotten comfortable enough and stopped wearing a bra to bed in front of my other half, I don’t want to have to go back to it ????

Is this right??? Anyone that’s quite far down the line after having surgery, do you still wear a bra every night???

I thought the luxury of having them done was not having to wear a bra eventually ????????

I’m worried the more I’m reading there are more cons than there are than pros to having the boobs I’ve always wanted…????????

I think they say that you are supposed to wear sports bra for bed even after the 6 weeks but I don’t know anyone who actually does that & they’ve had there’s done for years ๐Ÿ™‚

@siany85 I asked my nurse this after seeing a few people mention it. She said itโ€™s more for people that have large implants so they can try and prevent to much sagging. Thereโ€™s no way il be sleeping in a bra forever, 8 weeks max. Iโ€™m on week 4 and dying to get it off x

Hi Hun I was told by my sugoen to wear a sports bra to bed for ever or even a crop top like the Calvin ones witch is what I wear to bed now yes I did have a large implant but I asked if it was just for large implants and he said no he said we need to think of our implants as weights weather we had a small or big implant and over time they will eventually help gravity with the sagging process I was one for loving my being bra free befor sugury but now I accuslly prefer to wear a sports bra to bed and if it helps me keep theses perfect boobs like this I accuslly don’t care xxx

Thanks girls. That’s really helpful. I definitely wouldn’t mind wearing one some nights but deffo not every night. And I don’t want to go big either so hopefully I’ll be ok not to.

Ahhh all these years of wanting them, never knew they were so much work ????

I’ve got my first ever consultation of the 7th October with PC Krisztina Gibson in london. Has anyone seen her? What is she like??? Also has anyone heard of Dr Umar Khan? He is with Re-Shape in West Malling x
