Good morning girls I just wondered if any of you had any advice on which bras are best for post op? My PC told me Macom don’t allow for unders to drop but I’m worried the MYA bras doing up at the back will be a nuisance also do these come in any other colour than black? I would really appreciate any feedback/advice about which bras are best for after surgery! Xx

Also can you buy the MYA bras individually or do they have to be bought in a 2 pack?

I’ve had unders yesterday (well Mounir did them so they’re probs partial) and noones had any concerns about me wearing a macom. I’ve got a 2 pack from asda coming in the post too but they’re taking a while!

Hi there, i bought the mya bras and plan to get my hubby to do them up at the back for me. They only come in a pack of two. I’m planning on wearing just those bras for 4weeks then switching to a white m&s sports bra 🙂 my op is on tuesday. when is yours? xx

Few of the Sugoen are not keen on the macom bra as they don’t allow the implants to drop very well I went for the mya bras and they are the most comfy things I’ve ever worn I’m 6 weeks post op and still wearing mine for bed and sometimes around the house in all fairness I didn’t find doing them up a problem as kept the same one on for a couple of days and after that I changed it daily xxxx

I have 2 Mya bra they are really comfortable I do wish I had 3 yet have manage. It has a number of hooks at the back, at first my best friend helped me but after a little while I was doing it up from the front then spinning it round. Haha any bra with 4 or more hooks I have to do up this way. .

I’m wearing M&S post surgery high impact sports bra (if you order online you get the VAT back so it’s a bit cheaper) and a normal M&S high impact sports bra, both are really comfortable 🙂
Priced approx £25 and they have a few in the sale at the moment, or there’s a few on ebay a bit cheaper.
