Hi ladies, it’s my 30th at the end of the month and have stuff planned. I’ll be 4 weeks PO and wondered whether I’d be able to wear a seamless bra as opposed to my sports bra for the night when I’m out??? Xxx

Check with your surgeon or nurse as they may say different to mine but my nurse said I’m ok to wear a non wired bra if it’s only for a few hours like an evening or during the day for a while but to then switch as soon as I’m home back into my sports bra. I think as long as you don’t make it a regular habit you should be fine! I’m going out on Friday and just bought a black cheap non wired bra for that reason! X

You should be fine as a one off. I wore a bandeu bra at 4wpo as i was bridesmaid and couldnt wear my sports bra. Everything was fine, no pain or aches either x

I’m wearing this on Thursday as I have a wedding ( it’s too small but they had no bigger sizes in the non wired ones in 34) but it will be fine for a few hours xx

It was from M&S. stupidly ordered a 32C as thought having it smaller would be better…oh my gosh, can’t even get it on! Good thing I suppose, but now have to exchange lol xxx
