Breast enlargements

I am 19 years old and size 32b and tall and skinny I’m hoping to go up to a d , I’m under Chelmsford and I’m struggling on what surgeon to pick. I have been reading all people comments on doctor ms lutz and dr Bernard , just want to know what experience people had with both and what size the surgeon recommended them.
