Breast band only post op?

Hi girls, had my op 6 days ago at Fitzroy (350 mod+ unders) and my nurse told me afterwards to only wear my breast band not my macom. But just had my 1 week appointment with the nurse in bristol and she seemed surprised that I didn’t have a bra on. Really worried now that I was given the wrong info by my nurse on my op day and that all this week I haven’t been wearing a bra when I should have!! Has anyone else who’s had unders and been told the same? Any feedback would be great as worrying myself like crazy now ? x

Hi Kiristie ,after my op I was told to wear my breast band only . At my post op assessment on 23rd February with the nurse she said , to continue to wear the breast band for 3weeks and I can start to wear a sports bra until my 6weeks post op assessment …. Hope this information helps xx

Hi @beverleyduncan, Thank you for replying that has put my mind at ease a little. ? Was it unders that you had too? Now that you’ve been told you can wear your sports bra do you wear it over or under the breast band? x
