Breast implant removal reaugmentaton & uplift

hi I’m so worried about having this procedure like anyone we all want to avoid an uplift if we can , but I’m also worried & my last implants are 9 years old & my surgeon got struck off I had a consultation at mya with dr Mileto & I feel he is really understanding & listens I just wanted to see if anyone on here has had surgery with dr Mileto? & some opinions please thanks
