Breast implants- advice/thoughts please help!

I had my old implants removed , replaced with new implants, I had a capsular removed and an uplift at the same time. Im not a maya patient but this cost me nearly £8000 that I’m still paying for. I managed to get some finance which I was over the noon about because I’d waited 10 years for this op. Please see my photos and tell me your honest thoughts or opinion, advice please. I’m 3 months post op now and due to see my surgeon sometime in Jan. I just want to add that I’m also no where near the size I asked for.. I will try and upload pics of me now- 3 months post op, I’m not sure what’s wrong but also the pics that I showed what I wanted to achieve.. so the first pics will be of me now and the second pics will be what I wanted to achieve. I feel really upset tbh and you’ll see why ….

I also asked for a DD/E and showed this pic plus more. It won’t let me upload any more. It’s saying the file is to big. I was told to show the pics of what I want cus we don’t fully understand the CC side of it . I went under the muscle to prevent the rippling that had before . I have no rippling now which is good but I’m not too happy and I don’t think I’m being unreasonable. I’m not sure what the problem is but I’m sure if I mentioned a revision I would be told no because they can’t guarantee size. I’m a bit in limbo so any advice would be much appreciated . Thankyou x

oh goodness.. firstly yours look really good! but I understand your disappointment, the implants aren’t big enough to create the look you wanted 🙁 what size did you end up with ? the ones on the left look around 500-600cc maybe. x

going under the muscle can make them look smaller – it does take 6 months for them to fully drop as well. It may be that because you had a lift to try and get the perkiness and the volume means they’re not as close together. See what your surgeon says in January and hopefully they can provide a resolution xx

Thanks for the replies xx I had 350 under the muscle but was told I’d get the best result having an uplift too. Surgeon knows best so went with it. I’m beyond gutted. You can see why. I’m no where near the size I wanted plus the extra scarring and they don’t look attractive at all. I’m more self conscious than ever!! I’ve not bought a bra and hide behind my t shirt. I hope something can be done cus I didn’t pay nearly £8000 for this . I’m wounded to be honest

Im glad it’s not just me . I really appreciate the honesty that anyone can give. I can’t feel worse than I do . It’s good to know that I’m not being a drama queen or over reacting. No one would be happy in my shoes xx

May I say I had 550cc under muscle, I’m now going to be making a serious complaint. Surgeon very professional however was not advised prior to payment in full he would only hi to this size. Lots of issues before and after regarding client care.
