Hi girls, I’m 6days post op I stopped taking my pain killers at 4days po because of how bloated I was.I seem to be struggling I don’t know if my bras too tight it wasn’t on the day of surgery I have bloated a lot.i read that most people get better on day 5 so I’ve been holding out but I’m started to feel deflated I can’t take deep breaths I can only move my arms a little :'(
Please someone tell me they found it difficult but it got better because I feel like something could be wrong xx

Do not worry or stress yourself i felt terrible for about a week and was so worried cause so many people say that recovery is easy? Everyone is different, about day 7 I suddenly felt a whole lot better and could move my arms loads and do most things myself. Just try move around, drink lots and rest:) xx

Same for me hun. Days 4,5 and 6 are the worst. Bloating comes around that time. Ik two weeks poat op bloating almost all gone now. Days 7 and 8 are the turning point. Keep up the tablets they’ll help you alot with pain. I struggled with breathing too and all surroundinhlg areas were in pain, abdomen, neck, back no action in my arms and tummy muscles. I got depression around day 5 and 6 bevause couldnt even raise myself from the bed on my own or go toilet on my own. It’ll get better. Take yoir pain killers and stay strong. Youll soon be well and enjoying your new boobies 🙂

I didn’t think about the aftermath, I’ve had 2 babies so I thought how hard can it be… @ANA I stopped painkillers on day 4 because the side effects are bloating and shortness of breath.
I actually wrote this post this morning today I had to try something different so I tried CBD oil (cannabis oil) from Holland & Barret and I don’t know if the pain was easing or if this stuff is a miracle cure, I’ve managed to go toilet and get rid of some bloat but my shoulder pain has gone and I’m feeling a little better still can’t breathe but I have my post op appointment tomorrow so hopefully I’ll get some reassurance Xx
