BWD 13 and 14

Hi everyone

I have my final consultation with Dr Mounir this Wednesday. I called up MYA and found out my BWD is 13 in right and 14 in left. Diameter is a 19.3.

Considering I’m quite slim I think this seems pretty broad compared to others? I also only want small implants so I’m thinking of going for moderate profile, mod plus at a push.

At the moment I have a very small gap between breasts. If I went for 275 or 300 moderate, at 12.3/12.6cm width, would I have a big gap? So many decisions! I think i’ll be going for partials because I currently have full B cup.

I’m sorry I don’t know the answer to your question but I’m in the same boat as you. Petite with a BWD diameter of 13 and 14 and my surgeon recommended 450 or 500cc as I have a large BWD. Undecided which to go for! Hope your consultation goes well tomorrow. Let me know what your surgeon recommends x

Hi BEA i had mine with him yesterday and he recommended me 350cc unders HP dual plane(i’am not sure what dual plane means ) and i decide to go with what he recommended to me ask him for advice he is really nice person. Good luck xx

Dual plan and unders contradict each other, unders is when the implant is completely under the muscle but dual plan meeans half of it is under the muscle and the other half isn’t. I think having a big BWD should make you worry about the tennis ball effect more than the gap that can be closed with a pushup bra, but if the small implants are placed close to each other to close the gap and they are more than 0.5 cm less in diameter than your BWD then your boobs will look like tennis balls. I had this and i am so upset, my bwd was 13 and i put hp 275 implants that are 10.9 cm wide and i was so keen on having a cleavage, i do have one now but from my boobs to my arm pits there is a huge space, i wish i never put them that close or at least have gotten an implant with a wider diameter

Its the width of your breast hun. I think the surgeon knows better where it starts and where it ends, I personally think my bwd is like 6 cm but i am 13 cm hahaha

What kind of implant did you get? I know ultra high profile and high profile implants if having a wider bwd will do this more than moderate, in 12.5/13 bwd too, so just wondering?

Hey guys, I’m going for 300 moderate plus to try and make up the extra room. Apparently these won’t look that big on a wider BWD either.

My surgeon didn’t think it’d be a problem to go high profile but I want moderate anyway.

The breasts I do have are just naturally wide even though I’m slim so I think the mod plus profile is more in keeping.

300 cc still doesn’t fill the space though. My op is 26th of feb I’ll keep everyone updated with photos and warn you if it turns out bad haha xx

Ulta high profiles are not wide the silicon goes in the projection, hp has a wider base than ultra high, then comes moderate plus, then finally moderate which is the widest of them all but with the least projection. In the end they all measure the same in terms of cc but the difference is in their shape, is the silicone spread wide with low projection, or is it compressed outwards so having a narrower base but high projection. In my case i think what could’ve solved the problem is either having a bigger hp implant that will automatically have a wider base or if i wanted to go for the same implant size i had i could but with moderate or moderate plus the least
