I think my BWD was 12.5 one side and 13 the other. When choosing a implant how much smaller should the implant be to this?

It depends on your surgeon: general practice is to go 1cm smaller than your bwd, to hide the edges of the implants behind the skin and tissue; however there is a little leeway with this and some surgeons may go closer. My op is in May and my agreed implant is 0.2cm smaller than my BWD on one side. Hope this helps! X

Thanks so much! I’m worried as we’ve gone for 325cc HP which is a 11.7cm base?? When I’m a 12.5 and 13.. I’m dreading that it might look like the tennis ball effect so might ask for mod+ instead.. panicking as op is Friday I don’t even know if they’d have time to order in a diff size!
