    @jadee0107x, I think the Asda front fastening ones (post opp bras – two for ÂŁ15) are Amazing! They are really comfortable and wash really well xx Also they just come in s,m,l etc so much easier. I got a L for my former 34a back with 375 unders x

    I’ve got an assortment of post op bras to try out so will let you know how I get on with them.
    My under bust is 30” for reference;
    I have 2 Mya bra’s in small for immediately post op, a Yianna in medium and one recommended off eBay, also in medium. I also though i’d try an m&s high impact in 34d… all of these bras are quite big under the bust on me, but i’m accounting for a bit of swelling.
    I’ve also just bought the Asda post op bras (2 for £15) in small, these seem really well made and comfortable!

    @jadee0107x you made me chuckle. I must note I was very very swollen after opp and I have plenty of room in the bra now on my back and sides etc. I could probably wear a size down now to be honest but im nearly 6 weeks so no point buying now xx but deffo order them online. They are great x

    I’m nearly 4WPO and have been living in a 34D M&S bra followed by a 32DD once the swelling went down. I started at a 28/30 so be aware that M&S bras run small. I also have 2 Shock Absorber ones which are lovely, and look nicer under clothing but are slightly too small currently so I only wear for short times and never overnight.

    For those who had their BA with MYA did you buy THeir post op bras then some of the other brands after or did you just buy the asda/Macom post op bras & not invest in MYA post op bars? I don’t want to waste money.. if the other brands are good I’d rather just buy them. Tia x

    I have heard everyone say Macom ones were uncomfy and made boobs look a weird shape but everyone to there own. I have also got a m&s too had to get a 36 F but will go down and then will go back to m&s for a smaller size once swelling is going . I wouldn’t rush into buying loads take it each day with what you got then when you have your BA you will know what works best with you and your condition after it Hun xx

    Hi darl,

    I bought mine on amazon for £13 and it’s incredible. It clasps at the front and is super comfy.. I bought a few more just to sleep in!

    Hi Jade,
    I was put straight into my Mya one after my op, very supportive and took a lot of the pressure off. But it doesn’t mean the others don’t do as good a job. I’m too scared to take it off and try others at the min! xxx
