Can I take these plasters off??

Hi I’m one week post op and have my check up tomorrow. I’ve got steri strips over my incisions and also a big plaster over them as well. The plasters are practically hanging off. Does anyone think I can just take these off? Like I say the incisions still have steri strips over them so it’s not like the wound would be exposed and my check up is tomorrow morning so it shouldn’t do any harm?? Thoughts please xxxx
