Hey ladies, so I wanted big fake look and had 440cc uhp, however being a larger framed girl I feel even tho it was a big implant, It is lost on my frame so I don’t have the fuller upper pole look I wanted. I’ll try and attach my before and now pics, I am still early days yet tho. Originally would’ve been 4 wks post OP on Tuesday, but due to unfortunate circumstances I had to have a re OP to correct a seroma and infection in both breasts, which involved removing the implants and replacing them with new ones… so now I’m only 4dpo.

So my question is, did anyone else seem to have no upper pole straight after op, but after a few weeks it started to appear?

They don’t look UHP to me when compared to some girls on here – are you sure the surgeon put the right implants back in?

Sorry you’ve had a rubbish time of it.

Yep. I have my implant barcodes. I’ve just never had the fullness that I expected xx

You’ve still got a lot of fluffing out to do yet, did you have unders or overs?

I don’t think you’re going to get the look that you were after, bit if you’ve had overs as well.
Can you see your surgeon again? X

Yeah I don’t either. I cannot see my breasts filling out at the top. I see surgeon at 3 mths. I feel I should’ve had hp rather than uhp with my chest wall being wide xx
