can you choose the shape?

hello my consultations comming up and i was wondering if anyone could help me.. im a 32a at the moment and i wanted to go to either a full c or d.. my main concern is that they are really close together does anyone know if this is possible or it just depends on your body shape??

when i went to my consultation and asked something along these lines my pc said to me the gap in the middle is something that they ant realy do much about because thats a muscle wall there and they dont go into that, sowhatever gap u have now u will haveafter x

yeah if you already have a gap between before that will stay exactly as it is
if yours are close together naturally they will be after surgery, i got told they can’t mess around with the gap
