Can’t get anyone to call me back!

Anyone else having problems getting hold of their PC? I know it’s been Christmas but surely there’s been some resilience? Nobody is getting back to me and I’m on a really tight timescale and can’t get organised at work and financially until they do 🙁

Could you just call your clinic and ask to speak to someone else who isn’t your PC? I’m at the Manchester clinic and have had good and bad experiences with them! Alternatively if calling the clinic doesn’t get you much help, message mya on instagram, they seem fairly active on there?

Thanks @Beita, I’ve spoken to so many different people at Manchester. I rang again and my PC is on leave till tomorrow. I feel a little put out as I’ve now missed the dates I wanted in Feb so will have to go with March. I suppose it’ll worth the wait in the end!

Oh that’s rubbish! I went through Manchester who is your PC? The one I had gave me her mobile number and was texting me when I needed her to help book surgery think we were on the phone at half 9 one night! Hope someone responds to you soon

I had problems getting in touch as my PC left, I went through Facebook as it’s looked at everyday and they reply literally the day after you send a message, I told them my issues and they made someone from my clinic phone me to help! Hope you get help soon! X

Thanks girls! All sorted now and I’m booked for end of March with Mr Traynor! Now to decide the size!! x
