Capsular contraction

I had 600cc back in April 2017 and my right boob looks and feels the same as it always has and I have always had odd pains but has always been put down to just nerve damage in the scars but now I seem to have very bad pains just in the left and was wondering if anyone had experienced this and what it turnt out to be?
