Capsular contraction

I had 600cc back in April 2017 and my right boob looks and feels the same as it alway has and I have always had odd pains but has always been put down to just nerve damage in the scars but now I seem to have very bad pains just in the right and was wondering if anyone had experienced this and what it turnt out to be?

You should definitely get them checked out. Capsular contracture is usually a painful initially, and as it gets worse the breast may feel firmer and sore to touch, change in shape as the implant contracts. The sooner you get it checked out the better.
Nerve damage is usually more shooting sharp pains or numbness
