    Hi Ladies,

So I am coming up to the four month post op mark in a few days and I was wondering what everyones situ is regarding cleavage?

I had 450cc’s back in November 20. Was approx a 34b prior to surgery & now wearing 34e bra’s. Size 10 in tops.

Whilst I recognise that my boobs are much bigger than before, I am somewhat disappointed with the lack of cleavage 😢. I know they never guarantee a cleaveage blah blah but is anyone else finding that even post surgery, they’re having to wear push up bras etc to achieve their desired look? If i wear a bralette or a low cut top, they dont even look big unless i have something pushing them up and in :(.

I really am so disappointed. I didnt want to have to resort back to push up bra’s as that was one of my reasons for getting my BA.

If anyone could share any tips etc as I would like to wear backless tops/dresses and still achieve the fuller look at the front but not going to manage that without a bra. Or even just share your experience on how/if the cleaveage changed?

    Many thanks
    Shauna xx

This is them over the course of the past few weeks/month. I know they look quite close together in a few photos but I think its just a camera trick in all honesty. Once i wear a top etc they dont look like anything unless a bra is pushing them up 😳😢

How long was it before you could wear a push up bra girls? I’m only 1dpo! So they are still hard and swollen and I can’t really move them yet! I have quite a gap between them too so will definitely need pushing in and up somehow! I know what you mean tho as in my post op bra they don’t even look that much bigger yet x

I would only wear one if i was going out but I’m 5 months post op and would have no problem wearing one 🙂 not too early on as not to upset the shape of them x but they look amazing pushed up my boyfriend nearly choked x

Hi Shauna, my boobs are even further than yours! My boobs have always been really far apart and my surgeon told me that wouldn’t change. I’m happy with the size I’ve gone with. I’m a 36D (I used to be a deflated B cup) I’ll definitely have to wear a push up bra to achieve cleavage.
