Hello ladies, wanted to see if any of you guys can help with implant size.

I am 5”7, weigh about 9st and currently about a 34A but don’t quite fill the cup size. Wear a size 10 on top and size 10 on bottoms.

I saw Dr Marcellino last night and I came out feeling more confused than ever.
I’m not very good at knowing what size cups are, but I initially wanted something along the lines of a very full C cup to a small D.

Dr Marcellino said the 325cc would be ideal and would go under muscle with moderate plus profile, but am I being to greedy to ask for the 350cc even though he said, “at the end of the day, it’s my decision.”………. and that he frowned at me asking for 350.
He kinda scared me off a little bit tbh.

Just now, very torn between the difference of a 25cc!

Is there anyone similar stats to me that’s had this size etc and can show me pictures or opinions please. I’d love to hear what you all think.

    Thank you!

Hey! I haven’t had implants just yet but have been for my consultation where I tried the sizes in the bra. I can say there isn’t really noticeable difference in 25cc. I’m 5’7, 9.5st. I’m having 350 in my right, 325 or 300 in my left. When I tried the 300 and 325 on my left boob I genuinely couldn’t tell the difference. I’ve seen a lot of things on here about “boob greed” so I’d say go for the bigger size you’re considering xx

Hey I had him for my consultation when I went to MYA but I didn’t go ahead with them and I’m with another company, he should just allow you to go up to 350cc as it’s not a big difference. I get what you mean when he said it’s his decision. I asked for 400 cc he said fine but then said maybe 425 which I didn’t want as I feel it would be too big. He basically said it’s his decision and he’s the surgeon. But if you don’t want something he should be trying to please the patient and at least say okay I’ll try. There’s different ways of saying things. Just don’t get put off maybe try speak to your PC? Say you want that size I’m sure he’ll come around and do it for you.

Hi, i am exactly the same stats as you 5ft 7 and 9st and have my surgery booked for tomorrow! i originally was offered 325 or 350cc HP unders by Dr Sleiter and also tried on the 375 aswell. i really could not tell the different between 25 cc so he has orders the 350 and 375 to choose tomorrow on the day. i think i am going to go for the 350 in the hope that like you it will take me from a 34a to a 34c/d. When is your op? i will happily share some photos with you PO if that helps 🙂 the general rule of thumb is that every125-150 cc equates to one cup size. x

    Thank you!!!
If you guys can share any pictures of before, during and after, that would be amazing! Private message if you want to!

The surgeon said under, so would the thickness of the muscle help? Does anyone have any idea how thick a breast muscle is? And could this make the size cup a lot bigger?

Myhaha you actually lose some size by going under the muscle, roughly 25cc smaller then if you went over the muscle,
I had my surgery with Dr Marcellino, he ordered 3 sizes to try in theatre and told me to expect 275cc (middle option) but i woke up with 300cc’s so if he orders both he may decide they fit fine xx
