I’m with the Cardiff clinic and Krystina has contacted me a fair bit. I had a text before saying good luck, a text after seeing how I was and I text her at one stage and she asked me how I was doing etc. I think this is PC specific rather than it being all of them because mine is lovely. Also went in for my post op assessment the other day with the nurse and she seen me walk past so shouted hello (baring in mind I’d only met her once as I had a different PC when getting in contact with MYA originally, so how she remembered me so easily I’ll never know). So I have to say, I’m the complete opposite. My PC is amazing.
