Coronavirus Test Help!!!

Hi Everyone,

I have surgery on Tuesday in Preston and the NHS has lost my test (taken and sent off on Thursday). I honestly don’t know what to do, I’m literally in panic mode right now and there’s no time to do another test. I really don’t want my surgery to get cancelled after waiting for so long and I’m struggling to get in contact with MYA.

Any advice would be really appreciated right now xx

Hi, I dont know if any help, but i had covid symptoms a few months back, sent off for a test via the website. It arrived the next day with Amazon deliver (company they use) and i got the result the next day in the evening via email. … oh I’ve just calcu and that’s not enough time either. I’d ring may and see if they can chase it up their end? Its almost impossible getting hold of anyone from mya though. I really feel for you xxx

Thank you for your advice. It’s very frustrating having to keep on chasing them, its like once they have our money they don’t care anymore xx
