Day 1 post op

Hi girls.

Had my op yesterday evening, not feeling terrible but definitely feels like my chest has been ran over. The cocodamol reduced all pain.

Read a few stories about girls not being able to do things for themselves, e.g. Get out of bed, really isn’t that bad just tightness on the chest and my left Breast is completely numb. I have no sensation what so ever in it.

I bought a 32D sports bra and it will not fit to save my life. My stats were a size 6/8 and I had 350cc UHP overs. Will be uploading some photos later if anyone wants to check out.

Nurses have also been very on hand and helpful. Bringing drugs when needed and also let my friend stay until about 11.30pm last night which was very helpful xx

I think it all depends if you have unders or overs babes, my mates had overs and was out of strapping within a day but under the muscle is more invasive and the recovery is longer aswell as strapping is on longer. I also brought a shock absorber and ended up buying a F cup and a 38 back when I’m usually a 34 as they are designed to be tight when at the gym but you really don’t need tight with scarring under the breast.
