I’ve been okay so far but tonight I feel in pain. My boobs feel like they are on fire, and my back is aching so much from sitting and I feel hot. taken Pain killers and Muscle relaxers but it’s made no odds. Know I need to just suck it up but ended up with strapping and breast band and can’t help but think it’s too tight ???????? I only seem to see good stories of recovery on here now worried there’s something wrong or I’m a massive baby as iI hurt so much! xxx

Who did you have again hun? And did the clinic provide you with muscle relaxants?

Can’t offer any advice as I’m not in until Thursday but try and look forward to tour new babies and past all of this pain ( I will be just like you in a couple of days lol) x

I had 450cc under the muscle so expected more pain. Yes they prescribed them as when they first tried to sit me up I couldn’t relax or bring my shoulders down, they gave me some when I was in and then to take away luckily! Touchwood I feel a little better now got a few hours sleep 🙂
Good luck for Thursday lovely, everyone is different so you may be fine 🙂 the things we go through!! xx

Hiya, you are the exact same as me! I had unders and the pain was horrible!! Day 5 and still struggling with the simple things but not as much pain. Make sure your take ur pain killers and muscle relaxers. You can loosen the breast band slightly which I found helped. A lot of people on here have particles and their recovery is fine, unders is the worst:( xx

I just had unders yesterday and I’m expecting pain? But I’m kinda worrying because I literally just feel abit tender, breathing is a little shallow because its uncomfortable to breathe deep my muscles just ache and I literally don’t know how much I can stretch, iv slept all of 3 hours in my reclining chair and I’m walking like a dinosaur :-/ should I expect pain??

Everybody is different with there recovery i had unders an my recovery was great i never really had any pain at all only discomort when getting up either from sitting down or laying down. Had the usual tightness from all the swelling which was annoying feeling like i couldnt get a deep breath but ice packs helped that an it does go within a few days i havent used ice since day 2 because i felt much less tightness by day 3. I expected to be in agony an it really wasnt bad at all but some seem to have a bad time all depends on the person xx

Thanks for taking time to reply girls. I expected the tightness and incisions burning but I didn’t expect my neck and back to be so achy! OMG walking like a Dinasour is the best way to describe it haha. T-Rex arms! I thought I had a good pain threshold, clearly not lol xxx

When people say unders or partials, what is ‘dual plane’? Is that partial, as it goes under at the top of the breast?

Hun everyones recovery is different, please don’t get yourself down about it. The strapping actually causes more pain than the actual op is what I found. Once I had that off it was so much easier. What pain killers are you currently taking? Try and get some rest and drink lots of water. Lol the dinosaur walking will ease up! xx

I ordered some ice packs online that should’ve arrived yesterday but still not here, once they arrive I’m hoping they loosen up the muscles from the ribs up my muscles are seriously tight holding the sisters nice and snug I guess, I’ve had no strapping, should I have had that? We were free falling all afternoon yesterday then they’ve been hidden in my bra since yesterday evening… Fully love them tho.. We’ve got this girls ????

@toni88 it completely depends on your surgeon if you have strapping, some use it and others done. Ice packs are definitely the best thing to use! They helped me loads in the first week. X
