Hi girls, I’m really panicking I’m 2 weeks until my op and I keep seeing pictures of 350cc and they just look far too big for me. I want to look the exact same as I do in clothes now but have nice round perky boobs when I wear bralets, bikinis and backless dresses. I would love to be able to have 300cc or 325 I know there isn’t much difference but it would just make me feel more comfortable. I’m travelling from Glasgow and the next available appt my surgeon has is 2nd September which is day before my op and it’s not enough time. I’m so stressed with it that I feel like cancelling – the 350 I think will definitely look huge I tried on the sizers and I did think they looked big but I went with it anyway. I can’t reschedule as I’m back at uni mid September and can’t get anymore time off work. 🙁

@zara is the 300cc and 325cc what the surgeon offered you when you last saw him? Did you tell him you want to look the exact same as you do in clothes now but have nice round perky boobs when you wear bralets? I’d definitely go for what your surgeon has offered you, they’ve enough experience to know what you need to get what you want. Implants of the same size can look totally different on people depending on bodyshape, height, current breasts so don’t let other people pictures put doubts in your mind. If there’s one thing I’ve learned from this forum is that everyone whose tried the sizers say that they never look as big when they’re actually inside you. Also if you’re going under the muscle then you lose some size of the implant too. Whatever you decide it’s your choice. Me personally, I would prefer to have them slightly too big than slightly too small after paying thousands of pounds xxx

@katiep369 hi Katie, when he first seem me he said 325 or 350. So i tried on the sizers and chose 325 because i thought they both looked huge. Then i told him I wanted to look the exact same as I did with my padded bra ( I wear the ones that increase by like 2/3 cup sizes) but i was scared that I would end up looking top heavy because I am quite small. Then he was like I say you should go with 350, I didn’t ask him why I just went with it because I thought he knows best and hes doing this every single day. I showed him pictures too of the look i wanted to achieve.I’m just scared that they’ll be too big and in your face .. i think I might just be over thinking things xx

Hey hun try not to fret as surgeons usually order more than one size for the actually concern u have just addressed.

If they only order the size agreed upon ans there was an issue during the op ie. It was too big for ur frame they wouldn’t have a back up to fit instead which is mega unprofessional!

There isn’t more than a tablespoon or two difference in the sizes u have mentioned u would prefer however just like Katie stated different sizes look different on each woman and that’s before u even start to consider the projection (hp, hp +, mod, mod +)

I panicked before my op thinking I would lose some because I was having unders and a mini uplift so went up 25cc which is hardly anything but I ended up being 5x cup sizes bigger instead of 3x bigger that my surgeon had thought I would be. That was just by 25cc which is practically nothing.

Had I stuck to what my surgeon reccomended I think I would have still been happy with my results tbh. I’m just a bit extra busty but I can live with it and wouldn’t change them fxx

@fran Hi Fran, thanks for the reassurance I really hope a smaller size has also been ordered – i’m trying not to be swayed too much by seeing other peoples pictures. It’s just such a big decision and once they’re in there is no going back 🙁 I’m just feeling worried sick incase I have to travel from Glasgow again before my op to change the sizes as I’ve barely got any time off and my op is next Sunday I’m so excited about it it’s just the sizing that’s scaring me. Omg can’t believe you went 5x cup sizes bigger just with the extra 25cc thats insane it just shows that the 25cc can make such a difference xx

I had the exact panic just before my op. I agreed 375 and 400 (slightly different in each boob).. The sizers felt big but i went with it. I panicked, but in the end didn’t change it and I am so glad I stuck with the bigger size now! While they looked huge trying on the implants, now they are settling and stuff, they really suit my frame and look a good size. I’m only tiny, and like you mentioned, I wore bras that were 2-3 cup sizes. In clothes that don’t show a cleavage, I look very similar to what i did with those bras on. I couldnt be happier and am so glad I trusted my surgeon and went for the bigger sizes. Hope this helps xx

@laurenmt Hi Lauren, thanks for your advice 🙂 just noticed I’ve got the same surgeon as you. Nice to know that someone has went through the same thought process as I have, thinking the implants were too big but sticking with it and then panicking at the last minute. I keep telling myself he knows best but I’m just scared that my boobs end up the first thing that people look at! Xx

@Zara – Hi I was having the same panic before my op, I was offered 300/325 and I kept telling my surgeon he had to go with the smallest he could! I didn’t want huge boobs just a normal pert pair.
In the end he actually went bigger I had 360 HP overs as there was more skin to fill than he anticipated, but I’m pleased to say I’m 6 weeks post op yesterday and I’m happy with the result. I wanted to be no bigger than a full C/ small D cup, I was measured at the weekend and although I came up as a 34DD/ 32E, my daughter is a 36E naturally & mine don’t look anything like the size of her’s, if you know what I mean, mine really don’t look like a DD/E. The main thing for me is that no one has even noticed, despite being bigger than I originally planned it’s not obvious and I’m happy to have boobs after having saggy bits of skin for sooooo long.
Try not to worry, trust your surgeon and good luck. Can send you pics if you’d like?

@emmakayee – Hey! That’s the exact same as me I feel like I need to go with the smallest possible implant so that nobody notices. I don’t want people in my work to know that I’ve had a boob job I just want to look near enough the same as in my padded bras. Do you think you just measure bigger than what a DD/E would naturally look like because of the implant? So even if i end up measuring a DD i might just look like a C/D? That would be great if you wouldn’t mind sending some pics 🙂 I’ve sent you a friend request xx

I went with 450 I was worried they were going to be huge but although 4wks post op I measure an F they don’t look or feel that big I could of gone with the 500 tbh, trust your surgeon he wouldn’t make u look ridiculously out of proportion, my surgeon offered me 350-500 and told me if I went above 400 I’d be big n that’s wat I wanted, not Katie price beach balls but I wanted to be big because I have wide hips so wanted to be curvy on top, I love them it’s the best decision I made n I’m glad I didn’t take the smaller sizes coz I wouldn’t of been happy xx

@littlec87 Hi Chloe, your boobs look amazing!! Definitely don’t look out of proportion at all. Im not curvy in the slightest I’m straight up and down so I know that if I was to go above 350 they would completely drown me but I reckon im just going to have to trust my surgeon on this one and hopefully they are nice and neat and suit my frame xx

@zara your be fine we all over think the size pre op coz like you say once their in there’s no going back but so many ppl say they wish they went bigger n that their boobs measure bigger than they look, id go with the 350 and trust your surgeon I’m sure your love them and they will still look natural xx
