All the before/after pictures I see are only correcting humped and hooked noses. Has anyone had surgery on a short, fat nose with a wide, bulbous tip to make it more long, thin and triangular? I’d love to see before/after pictures, because I’ve never seen any with a nose like mine. I feel hopeless, like no one has a nose like mine and no surgeon knows how to fix it.
This is my nose on the left, and on the right is how I want it to look by pinching the tip with a hair pin and pulling down the septum. What kind of surgery would achieve this permanently?
