Did your surgeon say if you had a cold they wouldn’t operate

Do any of you remember if your surgeon said or refused to operate if you had a cold ? Xx

Yeah my surgeon told me if I had a cold or even a cold sore they couldn’t operate, it was something to do with the infection wanting to escape through the cuts, can’t remember exactly x

oh no 🙈 I’ve got a really bad cold my daughter is always bringing home viruses and stuff from kids at nursery
And she seems to have past something on to me I hope it goes before the 5th of February because that’s when I’m due to have my surgery done 😣xx

Oh no!!! Just get all sorts of cold and flu tabs down you! My surgeon said if I feel like I’m getting a cold or anything to ring them ASAP so they can advise me on how to prevent it, but just rest up!! I’m sure all will be fine! Good luck hun!! Xx

Thank you so much ☺️ for your advice Im going to definitely keep up with some flu tabs 🙈 I just can’t believe how bad timing this is for me 😞
Im hoping 🙏🤞 that it goes before the 5th
Of February I thinking I’m going to have to ring them and tell them it’ll be stupid not too 🙈xx
