Do they feel not real?

Hi there ladies, I’m researching having a breast enlargement after significant weight loss. I’m m not so concerned about size, just shape, but I just want them to look natural. As a result, I just want to know if someone else felt them, would they be able to tell or feel the implant or do they feel like a normal boob?

Hiya im 10week post op and mine have softened up and I can confirm they feel squishy like a normal boob, I always wondered what they would feel like but all my friends have had a feel and they said the same xx

Real in some positions but others like lying on my back you can feel it

I’m 4 days post op and I’m just feeling like they are apart of me, they don’t feel real to start with but after the ‘drop and fluff’ period they are more natural, my friend has had hers done around 8 weeks ago the difference in softness is crazy, hers looks so natural too xx
