Hi. I am due to have my consultation on saturday at Bristol. I am unemployed (full time mum of three) and my husband is in full time employment. I was told by my co-oridinator that i would be able to get finance, all i would need is someone in full-time employment. I have someone who is willing to stand for me, but do they need to own their own home? It wasnt said they would need to. So i am guessing no, but i would just like to check.

    regards,
    Claire

Hi, thanks for your comments. I had a consultation today and I am going to try with their people first, as I am not working, they said I would need a guarantor. The proceedure is going to cost around
