Does anyone know what the average recovery time is for over the muscle implants?

Hi girls, just wondering about different time frames for over the muscle implants are – I’ve heard it’s a quick recovery but how quick was yours? Xx

Hi Imogen ! I don’t know what the average time is as I’m guessing everyone is different but I had overs on the 11th April and apart from being uncomfortable with sleeping upright I’ve had no real pain and felt like I could have gone back to work Monday – office based. The only problem I’ve hit today is that feeling so OK has meant that I’ve probably done far too much than I should have and at 5dpo I am now a bit sore ? – back to work tomorrow so forcing myself to rest today xx hope this helps a bit x

I had mine done on the 10th April and have been taking it easy. I’ve been off painkillers three days now and feel like I’m nearly back to normal minus the heavy lifting xx

I went back to work after a week and they were still tender but I felt ok in myself.
Felt crappy the first couple of days sore and stiff and uncomfortable but keep on top of your pain killers and you will be fine

I had mine done on the 12th April. Feeling absolutely fine and been off pain killers for 1 day.

Everyone is different but I agree that it’s very minimal pain.. It’s just the sleeping that drives me insane my back hurts from on my back!

I had mine done 11th April, been pretty mobile since day one, pit pancaking now thinking I’ve done too much as feel a little uncomfortable today, currently sitting with my bra undone, I didn’t buy the mys bras bought m and s ones and not sure if they feel too tight! Other than that it’s not no we’re as bad as I thought it would be xx
