Dr Giannas 23/06 – L 300cc and R 250cc

Hi ladies,
I had my surgery 23rd June at Fitzroy with Dr Giannas and he has done the best job! I had very odd breasts and he ordered 300cc hp for my left and 200-275cc hp sizes for my right to try and see which matched the best. I am already so happy with my results!!

But just 2 days post op and lets us say for me i am finding the pain tough. Its is so bruised and tight sometimes its quite over whelming, but seeing patients post op pics of when they have ‘fluffed’ keeps me going!
Here is a pre op and a day post op pic. I cant wait to see the progression week to week!

They look great even if it’s just a couple of days post op! Do you mind sharing your stats!? Like what size before surgery and which cup you were. I’m also getting 300cc

Aww thank u Andrea, i cant wait go see them once settled.
I was an 34A but i wore 34B cups as the right breast was just over an A but not a full B if you get me? I could never get bras to fit at all.
Thats exciting! Who have you gone with and whens your surgery? Xx

They look fab Hun I am havin my 400 cc overs with the same surgeon on July 29 in London does he use drains ect or strapping and a band x

He used strapping and a band. I was allowed to remove the strapping the next day but need to keep on my bra and band.
He is such a great surgeon, made me feel so at ease! Hope all goes well! Xxx

Hi Rachel, I think I was in the same room as you? I had Dr giannas on the 23rd too (his great right!) I was so relieved to see that u was also aloud to take ur strapping off as I started to worry that maybe I mistook what he said lol!

Yeah i was! 🙂 Yeah he did say next day to remove strapping. How r u finding the pain? Monday was the worst for me, i had a few tears! But now i am just so tight its just uncomfortable, the heat isnt helping! Xx

Ah thank god lol, I only took the strapping of the top but I’ve come out in such a Rash it’s not attractive lol! Yesterday was my best day so far, I was surprised at how hard it was to sit up in the morning! But pain is ok just uncomfortable and tight. The meds help I just knock out lol! Xx

Hi Rachel! You’re almost the same as me!! I had Dr. Giannas on the 25th of May, mainly for my asymmetry – I was a 34a on my right breast but had to wear a 34b to fit my left breast! I told him I was happy with whatever he thought would suit me so we ordered 400cc and then from 300-375cc to see what fitted, was so weird when he said about sitting me up during my op to try different sizes in!! My stats are 5’9 and size 10-12 🙂

Anyway I just thought I’d message as I’m 5 weeks po today (it’s gone so fast!) And although its been a serious rollercoster of emotions (which I 100% was not expecting!!) my recovery has gone great! I had the band and the strapping too although I had to wear my strapping for a week so you’re lucky it was only 1 day!! I hated my band, like actually hated it, but once I was allowed to take it off I missed the support so keep wearing it every now and again!
I was surprised about the amount of tightness and how difficult I found things at first – the pain when sitting up really is awful! – but after a few days it subsided and after about a week I was doing most things without a problem, they already feel like mine and it’s quite hard to remember back how uncomfortable and painful I found those first few days!
Dr Giannas really is amazing, he doesn’t get enough shout outs on here, he knew exactly what would suit me and look natural and my incisions are perfect!!

Hi felicity! Thank you for your message! I am on day 6 now and back at work 🙂 i had a scare Wednesday due to so much pain i had to go have ECG scans and xrays for blood clots but all clear! Phew!!
Im really not getting on with the band either, ive taken it off a few times for breathers just cant cope with how tense it makes me.
Did u find the breast he tried a few sizes with hurts more than the other? My right is still a bigger than my left which im hoping is that because its had more trauma than the left. He did say he would never make it symmetrical but im just hoping it will soften to look similar to the left.
Early days but i do love them already, i am feeling good which is a massive improvement from Monday and Tuesday so it must be a good sign. ive got a check up with the nurse later so fingers crossed my stitches are healing well.

Yes he really is a great surgeon, i researched him a lot before i picked him, i saw him reffered to as a boob god so i knew i was making the right descision lol! Hes all for the natural breast which is exactly what i wanted.

Sorry to hear you had a bit of a scare, glad to hear it was all alright though, you must have been so worried!!
Definitely found that the breast he tried different sizes on had a lot more aches and pains, but I think thats normal as they’ve played around with it a lot more then the other! When I woke up it had ended up swelling to literally double the size of my other one, was so panicked and worried that maybe the wrong size implant went in or something had gone wrong, worried me for about a week but then the swelling went down and they evened out! Did still ache a bit more then the right one but now they both feel normal and pain free!
I’ll attach some pictures for any other girls who are researching Dr. Giannas work, he is straight forward but friendly and I really felt in good hands!

One is my before, with 1 week p.o next to it and my 5 week p.o on the bottom, and the other is with my bra on and my left and right incisions, they are so neat and small for only 5 weeks so i am thrilled with his work! Xx

Ahhh that sounds promising then that mine will even out 🙂 my pain has reduced such a lot these last few days!
Wow! They look amazing! And the incision is so neat! Hope mine look like that! My skin is currently very tight and wrinkled if thats the word so at 5 weeks i hope my skin has stretched. Look so good! Hes really done a great job! I see him again on 22nd october i feel like ill end up giving him a hug ???? xxx

I went for 250cc Hp overs! Feeling good now 3days post op, really happy with them so far! Mr giannas is a boob god! 🙂
