Dr Mahdi / General questions

I have my procedure booked in for the 16th of feb with Mr Mahdi.

I have a few questions really, firstly how have people found the surgeon himself?

How did anyone find the Pall Mall Medical centre in newton? I have read most reviews about Preston but newton is closer to home? Is it an over night stay?

How was the pain afterwards, I know I have to take things easy but I have a 10 month old little girl who lives on my hip? xx

Hiya I had mahdi on 15th December I’m 4 weeks post op today. I just got him allocated by the clinic I didn’t know of any surgeons before him I literally just got what I was given from the dates I wanted the op. But I’d recommend him to anyone he knows his stuff! You’re in good hands!
Pall mall newton le willows the staff were fab really lovely and put you at ease! No complaints at all whatsoever there. Unless your PC has told you it’s an overnight stay or you’ve paid extra for it then you should be a day case and you’ll find out your admission time a few days before the op day. As for your last question everyone’s different with recovery but one things for sure you’re not supposed to pick anything heavy up for at least a week, like kids. You’ll probably struggle to lift the kettle up to make a brew and I struggled opening cupboard doors in the kitchen and lifting a glass to my mouth for a drink. Honestly I’d recommend getting as much help with the kids for as long as you can because I only started to get my normal mobility back in this past week and I don’t have any kids to look after. So I’d try plan as much help as you can beforehand because you’ll most likely need it! And it’s not really pain wise it’s just soreness and I managed to pull my left chest muscle just washing my hands at day 2 but some girls breeze through it you won’t know until after! Hiya I’m having mr mahdi as well. Do any of you have an Instagram account so I can see results please. You don’t see much of his work! When I met him he was lovely n so happy I’ve chosen him to go with 🙂

Hi I had my Mahdi on Friday in pall mall. I was really happy with him. I had a nipple lift too so I cant see the results completely yet as I have dressings on but I’m happy with what I can see! I was a 34a and got 375cc HP partcials hoping to be about a D cup! I have my post op with the nurse on wed so might see if she will change the dressings. **sorry there is some blood on my dressings**

@Bee898 im having 385cc hp overs and a nipple lift. Hopefully around the 1st June just waiting for the dates to open up which should be in a week or 2. I really can’t wait 😀

@natalie that time will fly over! I wish I spent more time looking forward to it than being nervous because it all went so smoothly and the day has seemed to have passed so quick. Hope you enjoy your experience x
