Hi hun it’s when the implants drop and settle in their pockets, it’s all differnt for every one, and I think it makes a differnt which implants you have and if u have overs or unders, I’m 10 weeks post op and mine have dropped loads and got softer but i still think they have more dropping to do and definitely need to get softer they still don’t look totally natural but I have learnt during all this a new thing called patience lol i never had any before but I don’t really have a choice with this. Xx
