Dry skin and dry scalp!

I’m 4 weeks post op and my flaky skin has finally gone but now I’ve got insane dandruff???? has anyone else had this since the op and what products are best to buy?

Im soo glad its not just me! I blamed the shampoo 🙁 ive put coconut oil on my scalp amd left it overnight.. it took alot to wash out but is definitely betterx

my skin is soooo dry and my head is too ! , im putting cream on and its just coming back lol xx
