I had my sizing yesterday and was advised to have 300cc hp dual planes. I haven’t heard of them before but he explained what it was.
Has anyone else got them, Is recovery any easier than unders?

    I’m currently 32a, 5’4 and size 8.
I want to go natural as possible but also get my moneys worth! I asked to try on the 325cc and said I wanted that but everyone I’ve showed the picture to says it looks too big and top heavy so I’ll probably go to the 300 as he recommended.

My surgery is on the 19th September sooo excited but nervous!

Dual plane is the best of both. The top part of the implant is covered by the muscle and the bottom part is free. It’s apparently the most natural
    Look.

Can’t comment on recover I’m not in till November but I will also be going dual plane x

I got dual planes 2 weeks ago and based on what I read online, the recovery is quite similar to getting unders. I personally was in a lot of pain the first 10 days, but I’m currently doing so much better and I’m so happy with the result.

I have almost similar stats to you. I’m 5’3, used to be a 32b and size 6/8. I ended up getting size 325 because that was what my doctor recommended (I also wanted a natural look). She said a dual plane would give me that natural boob lift and is the most used technique worldwide. I did a lot of research and it seems a lot of doctors are going for this technique instead of purely unders. Mostly because of that boob lift effect it can give.

Have you got any pics of what size you are now?
I don’t want to look too top heavy but at the same time I don’t want to go 300cc and then regret not going bigger!

I’m worried about the pain as I’ve only got 2 weeks booked off, hopefully I’ll be fit enough to go back to work by then!

I also had dual plane 375 HP smooth round with Dr Mileto. Recovery was fine for me first 2/3 days mostly tired but I think from the meds.
I stopped taking painkillers from day 4 and had nothing. Happy to send pictures if you need. X

Wow! They look amazing you must be really pleased with them.
I’m still undecided to go with 300cc or 325cc at the moment

I had my surgery 2 weeks ago today, went with the 325cc and they do look brilliant. The unfortunately my recovery hasn’t been good, still in pain and discomfort but not as bad as the first week. Was only meant to be off for 2 weeks but now got another week off. I still can’t bend down or open bottles or jars. Tried driving today and that was difficult. I’ve got a very low pain threshold though x
