Eating/Drinking Before Op

Hi Ladies

Have just been through all the information Mya gave me & cant find the sheet about eating, drinking, washing etc. Does anyone have this that they can share on here please? Thanks xx

No eating for 6 hours before your admission time. No drink for 2 hours before admission time. Washing before op use no shower gel, just water and no deodorants or perfumes xx
