Enlargement on already larger boobs

So I’ve only had my initial consultation with MYA and I’ve been told I’m on the fence between needing a lift or being able to go ahead with just implants, which is what I want. Is there anyone who got implants with already larger boobs? Maybe a C or D cup to start with?

Hi Courtney, yes I did. First surgeon told me I needed a lift but second surgeon (Dr Sleiter) said I didn’t. Had my op yesterday and couldn’t be happier. They look more perky than they ever have in my life. I was once a 34D but had lost a lot of weight and therefore volume. Hope this helps!

I’m an empty 34c and I’m having 425 or 450cc overs with Dr Sleiter on 8th feb. I also thought I would need a lift but he said I didn’t and that the implant will lift them slightly anyway, will post pics once in!

I have just posted on another forum regarding the same thing. I had my surgery yesterday I was a 32 c and used to be a 32dd I was told by one surgeon that one needed a lift and one that never mentioned it. I went with the one that didn’t mention it and am delighted with my results. I had 350cc partially under the muscle I am really glad I didn’t go for the lift as was worried about scaring and wanted a really natural look.
